Q. I received a quote from you before lockdown – will you honour the price?
A. Our quotes have a 30 day expiry on them unless otherwise stipulated, so provided your quote does not expire it will be honoured.
Q. I paid a deposit, will my job still go ahead?
A. Once we have received a deposit, the flooring is ordered and booked in. Just as soon as we can reopen our stores and/or get our installation teams into your home safely, your project can go ahead!
Q. What happens to my scheduled installation or measure?
A. Due to the restrictions around Alert Level 4 the installation or appointment will have to be rescheduled. The Flooring Design store you are working with will make contact with you to organise a new time.
Q. I need to discuss something with the shop, can I still contact somebody?

Q. Can I still schedule a free measure and quote?
A. Absolutely! You can use our form on the website to do this.
