With this in mind and to support our nationwide stores we also offer our 'in-home service'. On receiving an enquiry, our nearest store to your location will get in touch and organise a day and time suitable to you to come and visit in your home.

Our Flooring Design expert will arrive for the visit and do a full consult with you in your own home and surroundings, discussing all the options and tailoring the perfect solution. At the same time we’ll measure up and give you a detailed quote with possible upgrades*. No need to come into the store to finalise any details, we can process everything we need to, right there on the spot, from inside your home.

We work through any questions you may have, either at the time of visit or leaving it all with you for review. Once you let us know you are happy, the job will be entered into our system and we begin the process. The product is ordered and we organise an installation date. With service and excellence you can trust dating back over two decades, our expert installers will make sure your vision comes to life.
