Firstly Flooring Design is always here for you. If we can help, we will. We’ve built our business with the guiding principle of service and excellence you can trust. Community comes together in a time of crisis, and we’re going to do everything as a nationwide business to ensure that continues, even now.

We want to reassure that as a company before even reaching level 3 & 4, we put measures in place for the safety and hygiene of our wide range of staff, contractors and you our customer. For the time being though and for the safety of all like many businesses, the lockdown has resulted in Flooring Design suspending the opening of all stores nationwide as well as any other face to face contact including all in-home measuring and installations.

Until the New Zealand Government lifts the lockdown our stores will remain closed but check back to our website frequently as this is a fast-evolving situation. However, although stores are closed our supportive team are still working remotely and contacting both existing and potential customers. We also want to assure all deposits are safe with us as well as any orders honoured once able to resume normal business.

In the meantime we are committed to providing our customers with on-going high levels of service and if required, technical support. Like many other New Zealand organisations, we are monitoring the guidelines from the Ministry of Health who continue to provide up to date information on how to keep yourself and your families safe.

However, with the use of technology we are still working with customers, providing quotes* and taking orders/deposits.

FAQs

Q: I have an installation booked with my local store, can I cancel my job and get a refund?
A: As our product is ordered and specifically made and altered for your personal requirements, we are unable to offer refunds. We will resume with installation as soon as we are able to resume normal business.

Q: Is my deposit safe?
A: Please rest assured that we will honour all deposits.

Q: I had an installation booked in, will you still complete this?
A: If you have a consultation or measure booked with us, your local store we will be in touch to reschedule as soon as they re-open. 

Q: Can I still request a measure and quote?
A: Yes, we would love to hear from you! We welcome you to do this through our website. Although we won't be able to complete this for you, by utilising technology if you check out our 'AT HOME SALE' currently on, you can complete the measure and we will complete the quote - Awesome!

Q: I need to get hold of someone who should I contact?
A: Please email your local store directly with any queries and they will be in touch as soon as they can.
