We have been using the Flooring Design team based in Pukekohe for years now. Craig and the family are just the most wonderful and switched on suppliers of flooring and we happily return every time when we need either carpet or other products in their range for our customer’s projects. The products they supply are first grade and they know their stuff big time. It’s wonderful working with professionals who follow through.Recently we offered Flooring Design services to a customer, and they instead went direct to another local carpet supplier. These people were slightly cheaper BUT then installed a second-grade product unbeknown to the customer who was livid. I keep saying to our customers, if you go cheap, you’ll pay the price, and they did.We are loyal to our suppliers, refuse to buy cheap and nasty and offer long lasting quality product and excellent laying services by partnering with Flooring Design. Using suppliers like Flooring Design gives us peace of mind and ensures our customers love their floors well into the future.Choose wisely, choose Flooring Design.

Fantastic experience from the team at Family Flooring Design. I dealt with Julie over the phone with what I thought was a weird request... carpet instal for a recently renovated wardrobe. Julie's communication was thorough yet simple with detail. Craig made the process effortless, doing an initial size up visit where he matched our existing carpet perfectly. Upon installation, Craig was prompt, efficient, tidy and easy to chat too on completion. He provided great advice and subsequently was organised to comeback for another carpet installation in a wardrobe.Already eyeing this local business up for when our new house needs! Thanks!!

Best customer service from Craig and Julie at Family Flooring. We had an urgent carpet laying job and they got the job done right away for us and completed it in one day. Pricing was very competitive and Ryan did an outstanding job - very happy customers and highly recommend Family Flooring and love supporting a local family business.Our installation was seamless. The installer was friendly, highly professional, and meticulous, handling a tricky job without complaint and leaving absolutely no mess behind.
