We engaged Flooring Design to assist with our new house build. This included carpets in the bedrooms, and wood flooring through the lounge, hallway and kitchen. We later engaged them to lay our garage carpet. We are delighted with their work. Prices were reasonable and well-explained. The advice on options was patient and helpful. All work was done to a high standard, including the more complex and precise wood flooring installation. After-sales service was great. We were resigned to not being able to afford resurfacing our original 1970's apartment flooring. On the off chance we called in to Flooring Design Kapiti. Everything then became possible. Great customer service, reassurance and of course execution. With no drama our vinyl was fitted beautifully. Don't leave it to chance like we did, call them you won't be disappointed. Fully recommend these guys.
