Highly recommend! Tom did an excellent job installing the carpet. Alicia was very organised and quick to respond to my emails. The whole job was done within a week of me contacting them. I have used Simons Flooring for 4 homes (and a motorhome) and have always enjoyed dealing with them. They make it so easy and nothing is a bother to them. In the most recent home, we put vinyl planking in the kitchen/diner, laundry, upstairs bathrooms, wardrobe and toilet room as well as another downstairs bathroom. This was done in stages as each area was completed. Fanie was great at helping me make the decision of what to use, and Linda were very helpful organizing the installs, and making sure the material amount was accurate. I always enjoyed talking to Linda, and her and Fanie always communicated very well. Having a great product is one thing, having it installed properly is the other. Paul was the installer, and it was refreshing to see such a quality tradesman at work. I will continue to use Simons Flooring and recommend them to everyone.
